The theme of the playground on Königin‑Elisabeth‑Straße is SPACE TRAVEL. This theme could be implemented creatively using steel because of its malleability and, at the same time, its load‑bearing strength. This resulted, for example, in elements such as SPACESTATION, AIRBASE or CONSTELLATION AQUARIUS. Familiar pieces of play equipment were finished off with science‑fiction‑style design details.
