Pure adventure – that’s exactly what the scene of the new play structure in Kätcheslach Park looks like. A mysterious volcanic island and, in front of it, a shipwreck washed ashore – what adventures might be hiding behind them? On closer inspection, both are, of course, an exciting play paradise. The shipwreck can be boarded via climbing nets, beams, ropes and many other routes.
Once on the deck, thrilling balancing and climbing routes await, before you can leave the wreck quickly via the tube slide.
Once the ship has been explored, children can investigate the mysterious volcanic island: it can be reached via several entrances, ramps and also a step-free route. In and around the island there are various areas with exciting play options: a signal mirror and funnel phone can be used to make contact with the wreck; there is a sound play feature, a balancing compass, and of course all sorts of places to climb, crawl and hide.
