Aachen, Suermondtpark

A central feature of the newly created playground in Suermondtpark is the timber platform with a small play hut on top. It is step-free and therefore accessible to everyone. Children can really let off steam in and on it. Directly connected are three small mud-play tables, where water and sand can be channelled in for hands-on, messy play. The main attraction of the new playground, however, is the extensive climbing and balancing course.

Here children can test their skills along exciting routes, making their way over ropes, logs, ramps and nets. For extra fun, there is a nest swing and a double swing where you can really build up some momentum. The wobble fruit on steel springs and the colourful figures add bright accents to the overall ensemble. This installation playfully combines agility and fun.
